Hey There! I’m Shannon

Hi, I’m Shannon Shaffer a real estate professional rooted in the South Sound and passionate about helping people feel confident in one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

From Gig Harbor to Tacoma and University Place, this community is home. I not only know the market here, I genuinely love it and take pride in helping others find where they belong within it.

Before real estate, I spent over a decade in the nonprofit sector serving others. Later, I stepped away from my career to be home with my kids, which gave me a deeper understanding of what home truly means. That perspective shapes everything I do today.

Real estate became more than a career for me it became personal. My own experience navigating the process came with challenges and lessons that I now use to guide my clients with honesty, clarity, and care.
