One of my favorite recent closings was helping a wonderful couple purchase their Washington home while they were still living on the East Coast.

Buying a home from across the country can feel overwhelming, but from day one we made the process as seamless as possible. Together, we toured homes virtually through FaceTime, walking through properties room by room until we found "the one."

Through careful negotiations, we secured seller concessions to help cover a sewer repair and negotiated additional repairs to be completed before closing.

By the time moving day arrived, my buyers were able to travel across the country knowing the major concerns had already been addressed. Instead of spending their first weeks tackling unexpected repairs, they were able to focus on settling into their new home and beginning the next chapter of their lives.
