We toured this home the very first day it went live, and it immediately checked every box for my buyer. Knowing it was in a highly desirable neighborhood, I didn’t want to leave anything to chance. With that in mind, we moved quickly and decisively. We submitted a strong, all-cash offer slightly over list price, with a 3-day inspection period, a 2-week closing timeline, and waived contingencies to make our terms as clean and appealing as possible. Shortly after submitting, that second offer did come in, but our terms stood out. That same night, we went mutual.
Just two weeks later, my buyer was signing her closing documents and meeting me to get the keys to her new home.
