These buyers first found me through social media and decided to attend a class to learn more about the home buying process. They weren't quite ready to purchase yet, but they wanted to understand the market and create a plan for the future.

Over the next year and a half, we stayed in touch. We checked in periodically, answered questions as they came up, and made sure they felt confident about each step leading up to homeownership. When the timing was finally right, they were ready to turn their dream into reality.

We spent one day touring five homes, and by the end of the day, they had found it, the home they knew they wanted to spend years making memories in.

During the home inspection, we identified opportunities to continue negotiating. Rather than simply moving forward, we successfully negotiated a seller concession that reduced my clients' out-of-pocket costs at closing, putting money back in their pockets as they prepared to move into their new home.
